Sheffield Towne Homeowner's Association

I have lived here more than 26 years and it is the worst mistake I have ever made in 66 years. I have had issues that should have been resolved years ago, but instead the Sheffield Association continues to use it " Good old Boys " club mentality to operate a $1.5 million dollar business. The repairs are very poor quality and this is probably why there is NO WORK ORDER system. It is easy to hide your mistakes if there is NO DOCUMENTATION. And then association presidents when things get bad fire the property manager. and the only one to suffer are the 596 home owners, or should I say 337 homeowners, because of the rental rate there 149 RENTALS in this community. How many now, 222? Trash Can Missing Sheffield Towne Stickers, What does the Property Manager do on his 20+ ride arounds every week. Eyes Wide Shut!

i have been a homeowner for 2 years and have not had one issue with the managementor the HOA. The snow/ice has been removed promptly. Any issue I have had has been taken care of by Darshi and Roy. During the warm months the landscapers are out regularly. The office is open early to address any homeowners issues and they have always responded to my emails.

If I knew what this association is board is all about, I would NOT have purchased a home in the Sheffield Towne Association !!!
