Boris helped me to fix my furnace by phone. My furnace did a loud weird noise when blower start working. I made furnace apart explained Boris by phone whats going on and he gave exact advice what broken. It was blower wheel. He ordered it for me right away on Friday after Thanksgiving and I just picked it up. Thanks a lot to Boris. He also explain a lot by phone. He saved my Holidays!

My family has used B&Z Heating and Air for several years in Orland Park, IL. We typically have them over twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, to perform maintenance, cleaning, and check-ups on our AC and furnace. After two decades of constant A/C and furnace use, it was finally time to get a new system. Bob Zaborniak, the company's owner, is a wonderful person who has always been reliable, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. He charges very fair prices and always goes the extra mile to help his customers. When Bob's team arrived to install the new AC/furnace, they brought a large floor covering to protect our tile and carpet to ensure everything was clean. Once the installation was complete, the crew cleaned all the surrounding areas to ensure everything was tidy. Bob also upgraded my thermostat to be wi-fi capable, which is a huge plus. We never hesitate to contact Bob whenever we need his services because he always responds promptly.
