Not satisfied with the services at all. Taxes for 2022 were calculated. She probably didn't have time to prepare our taxes on time, so she offered to postpone it (without warning that she would charge us an additional fee for this). So it was time to pay the taxes that she had deferred. I called and wrote many times, she always disappeared somewhere or did not answer, said that she would call back tomorrow and I did not receive a call. With the rest, she finished her work almost on the last day. After paying the taxes, my husband and I started receiving letters saying that there is not enough signature on some paper, there are simply not enough papers somewhere and therefore I have to look for them and send them. I wrote to her several times with questions about what kind of documents I should send, I never received an answer, so I am very unhappy!!!
