I was referred to Nima Skin Institute by my PCP and I am very happy with the care I received!! Everyone I encountered in the office was polite and professional from the front desk to the medical providers to the cashier at the end. I was able to be seen within a month of when the referral was written; Since I had filled out the registration ahead of time, on the day of my appointment I didn't have a long wait before being taken back to a room. The medical assistant Nina was really nice, she went over the paperwork with me and took information about the problem I was having. I spoke with PA Stephanie next and she was also super kind and thorough in addressing my issue. I ended up having a procedure done during that same appointment and both Stephanie and Nina were great! They made me feel comfortable by explaining everything they were doing, made sure to answer any questions I had, and checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Overall the visit was really easy and relatively painless, and the service was great! I will definitely be back for any future skin issues or concerns!!
