The horrible management company has been stealing tenants' mail, purging assets against these properties and claiming they inherited the tenants and the land. They don't have any communication skills no social skills or professional skills terrible company they have discriminated against the black American tenants and forced them to live in unlivable circumstances and accommodated the Asian American tenants in fully functional appartments while they were being renovated. They allowed their boyfriend to go through our personal files and steal and alter sensitive information If I could have giving them no stars I would have

Owns low income in Milwaukee WI horrible people sued them for HUD violations with an ESA issue. They dont care either they want the managers at their sites to be exactly the way they are Money hungry??

DO NOT RESIDE AT ANY LOCATION! Poor management, racially biased, discriminatory towards military and single mothers. Recently moved out from the Fountains of Wauwatosa were I was a resident for over 3 years. I was treated terribly during my entire move out as I am a single mother moving all of my belongings basically alone. They took my entire deposit saying they needed to replace the carpet. I have pictures that I took as I moved out and even paid to get the unit professional cleaned. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION IN WAUWATOSA. The crime has increased significantly, cars broker into the every night. They have no cameras working in the building. I am super upset that I was treated so poorly and I will be seeking legal assistance with this matter.
