I had a great experience selling my home with this group, they took all the stress out of the process. Within a few days of my house hitting the market, it was under contract for above ask! My agent Lucia was amazing at taking care of the showings and although I had moved an hour away, I was at ease knowing she was handling the sale process. Lucia and her team also handled the purchase of my new home, which was a lengthy and complicated process because I needed a specific type of property to run my nonprofit shelter for small animals. Thanks to my fantastic realty team, I attained my dream home in the country and sold my house in the city. 10/10 would recommend!

Jake has helped us buy and sell 3 properties in Chicago and you couldnt have a better agent. He knows the market, what to do and when to do it. He is also honest and forthright throughout the entire process making it all much easier. Also very responsive, whether through calls, texts, or emails he is readily available to help. Ive recommended Jake and his team in the past to friends and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Chicago in the future.

Lucia was fantastic throughout my home shopping/buying process. She quickly helped me find great options that fit what I was looking for and had visits scheduled immediately. When it came time to put down an offer, Lucia and her team provided me with all the necessary information to make a competitive offer, and ultimately negotiated a steal of a price on the perfect condo. Moreover, Lucia, Jake and the rest of her team were all there to help provide additional resources even after the purchase was complete, including inspections, recommendations for maintenance, etc. A nice thank-you party and move-in gift(s) were a great cherry on top to a very easy and satisfying process. Highly recommend!
