This was my first time buying a condo and Rich had a lot of issues with the buyer, he took care of everything! Emina was 100% VITAL to us during this home buying experience! We were very nervous as first time home buyers and a bit clueless but she kindly walked us through all aspects of the process from start to finish. Asia was so helpful in helping me secure my first investment property. Being a new investor, you need someone who can run numbers and negotiate the best price. With the market being the way it is, prices being extremely high, it didnt discourage her. My investment property was listed for $380K and we got it for $295k.
