In my limited closing experience... here is my feedback with my closing experience. I closed a property in Calumet City with this attorney and it jusr might have been my worse closing experience. My Seller selected this attorney against my recommendation and because the Seller has a choice of her own counsel and had originally supported her in the purchase she preferred to work with her (despite per Buyer now Seller her purchase closing was delayed three times; I found this out when it was my turn to close.) She collected a check, but in my opinion left the Seller exposed without effect counsel. Disorganized Poor communication Did not negotiate effectively Nonchalant distant in interaction Wasnt familiar with the file Came to closing said she left the Seller PoA at home and never showed back up.. eller eller at a disadvantage due to lack of effective legal counsel Did not appear to be invested or interested in the outcome of the transaction.. With a such a tenured attorney, I expect more. #letsGO
