I actually give zero stars to this place. A long time tenant of theirs and a good friend of mine passed away. Instead of keeping her stuff and making sure it got to her family they threw it away. Horrible people!!! Do not rent from these people.

Some of the most professional and friendly staff I have ever came across. Just be straight up with them and they will work with you the best they can. Any other negative reviews are just bad communication and lack of respect towards them. I highly recommended using them for your next apartment search thank you once again to everyone at OBrien family realty

We were renting from them. 1st when you move in nothing is fixed right or clean. Then we have cameras and had proof for the landlord videos etc. They refuse to do anything about it. Then told the landlord the lady upstairs who was giving a problem had her phone recording inside our apartment where I have daughters and a newborn son. Also have her recorded put our mail back that she took. And in his exact words he laughed and said he doesn't care that we have proof we have to move. The night lady in the office you can't trust she also is a 2 face

It is a very welcome place to visit when your are looking for apartments Pat O'Brien is a very nice lady and they are worth the five stars
