I had an awesome experience working with Pat and her team at Dumas & Associates. Pat went above and beyond to make sure we found and got our house. She connected us with other great people and had our backs the whole way through the process. Communication was amazing and that is pretty incredible considering we bought a house half way around the world. I could not recommend this company and Pat enough.

Nikki helped our nephew find his first apartment. He was relocating from Virginia to Chicago and had to make the move within 3 weeks of receiving the job offer. She helped him identify the markets best located for his commute and budget. This was his first apartment search. He loves the place and would not have found it without her help. She was very patient about answering questions and was incredibly responsive. We cannot recommend her highly enough. We would add extra stars if we could.

Pat at Dumas & Associates is a fantastic companion in the home searching process with a deep knowledge of Chicago! She helps think through all the pros and cons and logistics while keeping a sense of possibility. My husband and I explored some condo options in Hyde Park and Oak Park with her over the years before deciding to buy a plot of land in the south suburbs to develop later. She connected us to our lawyer who helped us through that process of closing. She was quite patient with us this whole time!
