I would be cautious renting with Miller Real Estate. I signed a lease with them at the end of June for an Aug 1 move in date for a new build in North Center. I reached out to them multiple times in July to talk about move in times/reserving the elevator/etc. and didn't hear from them. My realtor then reached out to me a week before moving to share with me that they wanted me to sign a rider to post pone my move in date to September 1. Miller Real Estate would not tell us what the delay was but that it involved the building inspection by the city. Very wish-washy. They gave me the choice to sign the rider or to break the lease. I chose to break my lease because I needed to move. They did refund me what I payed already (1st month's rent/pet fee) but they wouldn't refund me the $500 move-in because it was non-refundable. I was disappointed in how they handled the situation, and that they didn't refund me all my expenses especially being that it was all on them for not having the building ready for a lease. Just be cautious.

If I could put a 0 star I would. Whoever has a brain and I.Q of at least a rodent or better wouldnt waste their time applying to this unprofessional place. The staff here are very rude and disrespectful, please be aware that the management here lies and have very bad communication. Here to ONLY save the next person a potential future headache. The best advice I can give is RUN unless youre desperate/in a tight jam. Dont consider this place unless youre in hell or hot water! Seriously! Good luck :) Cant say you werent warned
