        Serious roach problem in the Austin building Ive seen them in my home, the laundry room, and the hallways. Contacted multiple times and the bare minimum is done to solve it. The infestation always comes back within days. Added a star because the staff is always kind and professional.

        believe yelp versus those google reviews - i know 110% businesses can pay to remove bad reviews. Management changes so frequently no one one know who to contact when something goes wrong - its constant on the phone "ill get back to you" nothing. Ever. Garbage customer service. MLC rents primarily to their family members - 3 of my neighbors are family members from MLC and there are constant problems with zero solution. Nothing gets fixed usually takes up to 2 weeks and its always someones family member. What the hell. Cagan and becovic are better companies then MLC and that says alot. Monica you are horrible at your job. Shame on you.

      I am so sorry you feel this way. This is very disturbing, and I would like to discuss with you face to face. Unfortunately, we don't have a tenant or applicant with the name Patrick Larson. If you are going to say something this, you should at least have the guts to use your real name. Unless of course you are being evicted for not paying your rent and damaging to property. That, then would be understandable. If this isn't the case, please give us a call so we can discuss.
