The worst management company and I do not recommend them to anyone. Donna is one the most rude and unprofessional property managers I ever head to deal with. Do not keep the records in order, do not provide any required documentation.

Great experience. Donna has been awesome in getting all of our issues straightened out and doing everything in her power to make our property look nicer with some great reasonable improvements around the property. I know Donna's always busy, but is still very attentive to our issues. She is managing few different properties we own and we are beyond happy to keep working with her and Gale. Donna is very attentive and professional. She is always available to address issues with board members and goes above and beyond to ensure our properties remain safe and beautiful.
