This guy will call you unsolicited if you are unlucky enough to have a neighbor that has used him as a real estate agent. Avoid.

I referred Frank to a friends step-mother. He was very helpful , patient and thorough start to finish. He listed her condo in Lincoln Park and sold it relatively quickly given interest rate hikes and a massive special assessment and project occurring.
