Bill, the owner of this place made my life a living hell of a stress when I has the unfortunate luck to want to buy a house that the bank hired him to sell. He is the most rudest condescending person you'll ever deal with. He talked down on us and used derogatory comments and remarks. He's also very egocentric and unprofessional, one of our bank reps went to his office and he opened up the door in his pajamas. It took 15 people to get him to do his job and get the sale or the house done. Stay away if you can.

My experience with lakeshore drive realty was horrible. I was contracted to do work on two of there properties and was treated very poorly. Bill is a numbers fixer. He uses very unethical practices, and takes advantage of small contractors to save money. He has contractors bid on projects and then shows the bids to his other employees as to get a better deal. He wrongfully terminates contracts without reasonable cause.This man takes advantage of people in any way he can to get ahead. I highly recommend not purchasing homes from this man. He does not care about anyone but himself and is very unethical.

Bill and Marcy with lakeshore drive realty are of the utmost unprofessional, unethical and selfish people I have ever met in my entire life. These people hire small time contractors and wrongfully terminate contracts without notice or cause. They numbers fix bids they receive to remodel homes by leaving written contracts out in the open for other contractors to see. They sign contracts and when they find a better deal, they fire the contractor already on the project and then create lies to sue them to get theyre money back. These people do not belong in Realestate nor should they be trusted at all! They take advantage of people in ways that should have them behind bars! If you dont believe me please do a thourough background check on both of them. Youll have to do some digging but they both have records, they both go by multiple different names, and have big time investors who clearly state in theyre portfolios that they Take advantage of niche markets where exploitation of the market is the greatest. They all just care about theyre bottom line thats it! Bills other names he goes by are William W. Knapp, Bill William Knapp, and Marcy Knapps other names are Marcella Knapp, Marcy Soria Knapp, Marcy Soria, Marcella Soria. Do a search for Bill and Marcy in Cook and lake county and you will find he can not be trusted. Probably has judges in his back pocket to. This man does not belong in realestate. You will regret purchasing or renting a home from Lakeshore drive realty. They dont care about you or anyone else but themselves. Run as fast as you can or youll find yourself regretting ever meeting them. He is arrogant, disrespectful and lazy to. Doesnt even show up to the houses hes rehabbing until noon 1 oclock in the afternoon dressed like a bum. Purchase your home from a realestate company/Broker that cares unlike them! They should have theyre licenses revoked!
