I simply can't say enough good things about Sharon and Marissa, who helped manage the recent sale of our Chicago apartment. We looked at several agents, but Sharon and Marissa from day one went the extra mile and were clearly the right fit. They truly partnered with us, and listened to our hopes and concerns from start to finish. They got us a terrific deal, and also had a wonderful "human touch", helping manage our natural anxieties and the ups and downs that are a normal part of going through the process of a property sale. I would recommend them without hesitation, and would certainly turn to them again if we have real estate needs in Chicago. True gems!

Working with Sharon and the entire Gillman Group was such a great experience. Coming from California, we really appreciated their knowledge and expertise of the Chicago market. Sharon worked hard to get us into the perfect property. She was very responsive to our needs and wants when searching for the right neighborhood as well. We are excited to start our next chapter in Chicago thanks to Sharon and the Gillman Group.

Sharon and Marissa are the best! My husband and I worked with the Gillman Group for almost a year to find what will hopefully be our forever home and are very happy to have partnered with them for the journey. Three things stand out to us: geographic expertise, sound familiarity with all types homes (and their true costs), and strong negotiation skills. Sharon is an expert on the Lincoln Park area (and surrounding neighborhoods) which was very helpful as we were set on purchasing in a specific geographic area. What I particularly appreciated was that Sharon encouraged us to see tons of home and always made herself available when we were in town for a short visit (we moved from out of state). She helped us assess and quantify which homes needed structural and aesthetic work to understand what kind of investment we were making, and what was truly worth it (or not) for our lifestyle and preferences. Finally, when we found our home, we were able to successfully negotiate to stay within our budget (and then some). I highly recommend the Gillman Group and look forward to staying in touch with Sharon and Marissa as they are both lovely individuals as well.

Sharon, Marissa and the Gillman Group! I cant say enough about how easy both Sharon & Marissa made it for us while selling our home. From the pin-point accurate pricing, to the amazing photography, to selling so quickly and bringing it all to a successful close! They had a wealth of knowledge, were always there for us, responding quickly to questions or concerns, offered great advice, and kept the process moving in a calm and steady manner. I will continue to refer the Sharon, Marissa and the entire Gillman Group to everyone I know, feeling confident they, too, will be impressed and well taken care of! Can't thank them enough!
