Wow! My team and I had the privilege of working with Karen Schwartz on a transaction where she represented the seller. She was a great agent, wonderful at finding ourselves in a comfy medium for both seller and buyers during negotiations, had an absolute lets work this out together attitude the entire transaction and if anything needed minor tweaking, shed be on it, replacing batteries, bulbs, coordinate cleaners, and the like without hesitation. I never write reviews for agents as an agent but she was just that lovely to work with. To many more deals!

If you are selling a house, absolutely hire Karen! She will do whatever it takes to nickel and dime your buyer to the point they consider walking away from half a million dollar transaction on the morning of closing; but you'll have squeezed every cent you can from your property. If you want to buy a house and you see these names attached to the seller, run screaming. Make no offers and do no business. They the break promises, they are uncommunicative during negotiations and demonstrate a general contempt for humanity.
