We worked with Katie and Jeff to purchase our first home and I can't recommend The Lowe Group enough. I met Katie at an open house and she was super accommodating, so she helped us find the perfect home and worked diligently (long nights, weekends, etc) for 12+ months until we found exactly what we wanted. They're knowledgeable about Chicago, comparable properties, and know exactly what questions to ask. They also made the process super easy from start to finish and we'll definitely use them if we move again.

What drew us to Jeff Lowe was his knowledge of the neighborhood. What will get me to work with Jeff again is his professionalism and the high level of service we received. Jeff offered great counsel during the entire process and allowed the pace, from pre-sale discussions to listing, to be determined on our timeline. An example of how he helped counsel us is when we first approached Jeff in the Fall about selling, we knew we didnt want to list until after the holidays. He knew that great photos were important, so he suggested we get the photos done in the Fall and hold them until we were ready. So we did that work on his advice. Then in the dead of winter when we were ready to sell, we had these great photos of our house with flowers in bloom, green grass, bright skies - that showed how gorgeous our house was. Finally, we received a high level of attention for his whole team, oftentimes going above and beyond.
