Cheena helped me both buy and sell my first home. On the buying side, she had incredible knowledge of the market, was always available to tour places, had great insights on the negotiations, and otherwise made the process super easy/straightforward. On the selling side, she provided excellent contacts for staging/legal, offered incredibly useful advice for building a strong listing, and ultimately found a buyer immediately in the pre-market. I highly recommend working with her.

Bad service. I had found a unit that I was interested so I started asking a couple questions about it. She was very disengaged from the conversation and when I texted her how would I move forward, she never replied back. Bad service. Would not recommend.
