If I hadn't bought a plot of land in the country to get away from the city, I would still be living here. Living in this building, in the spacious and well appointed apartment, was an absolute dream. The location is difficult to beat. The 606 trail literally steps from the front door, Division street less than a 15 minute walk away, and all the shopping and restaurants that Bucktown and Wicker Park have to offer, all make for a great centralized spot. Plus the Western Ave blue line stop is 1 block away as well. Greg & Melissa are, without a doubt, the best landlords I've ever dealt with. They take incredible pride in their building. Anytime something was wrong or needed attention, Greg would take care of it normally within 24 hours. Any light bulb was changed almost immediately, and the one time the AC went out in 2020, they had a company come out and fix it literally the same day. The apartment itself is designed impeccably, and Melissa was constantly updating things. They even changed the chandelier because they didn't want the apartment to start to feel old or boring for me. Oh, and don't forget about the cleaning crew that comes through every couple weeks to clean the common areas of the building. Good luck finding any stains or a bad smell in the lobby or elevator! Have you ever heard of an apartment with a jacuzzi JET bath tub or HEATED FLOORS IN THE BATHROOM? If not, you have now. Did you know they make windows that can deaden the sound from a busy road like Western Avenue? They do, and Greg & Melissa had them installed in this building. Parking is inside, secured, and temperature controlled. The parking spots are bigger than your average apartment building. The roof deck is THE SPOT to be during the summer time. Watch some fireworks, have some friends over and play some bocce ball, or just hang out on the recently replaced deck furniture. Rent here. You won't be sorry. PS. Your dog will love it too.

Greg and Melissa are wonderful and extraordinarily professional landlords. They take immense pride in their buildings and it shows - the high-end quality of brands and finishes combined with the terrific upkeep of the premises make their units live like custom condos rather than just a cookie cutter rental. And the location just cant be beat. We absolutely loved our experience living at their building!
