This is by far the best team I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold a handful of times!! The whole team was kind, empathetic, helpful, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I felt like they really cared about me as a person and were there to support me throughout, rather than having it feel like just a business transaction where they were only in it for their cut of the deal. They definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your real estate needs!

This is the second time I worked with Sara McCarthy. This time I both bought and sold. She did a great job for both. She was always able to take time out of her very busy schedule to speak with me and answer the many questions I had. She guided me through the very complicated process involved in selling (which I had never done before). The rest of the Dorger McCarthy team was also very helpful. I always got quick responses to my emails and they kept me apprised of what was going on at all steps of the buying and selling process.

I have bought and sold many homes in my life. My most recent experience with the Dorger McCarthy group tops them all. From my experience, the most important thing in selling a home is pricing it right. Julie and Sara really studied our area with the comps and developed a price which not only generated interest, but found high quality buyers. But the thing that really set this selling experience apart was the expert advice and counsel the group gave us on preparing our home so it would show well. We followed their recommendations completely and it paid off! Thank you Dorger McCarthy!!!

I can't recommend the Dorger McCarthy Group highly enough!! Their recommendations for prep to sell were simple, yet so effective. The team's operational process was smooth as silk, leading us through every detail of the prep/sell/closing. Our place sold in 3 days and over asking!
