    Honestly, selling a home is a daunting task. But with Bob in charge, it is actually a pleasure. It starts with the fact that Bob listens to what our thoughts are. He works within the guidelines and communicates every step of the way. We found that Bob has a unique approach that totally works! It's unique in that it is very thought through and organized. We have used him twice and each time we were blown away with his process. But we are not alone. Those that purchased our house, enjoyed his process so much, they ended up hiring him to sell their property too! We liked him so much we have even recommended our parents to use him to sell their $4M condo in the city. He's the best there is!

    We attempted to sell our home in 2015 with a different realtor. The entire experience was horrendous. The buyers were nasty, cunning; the realtor could not handle the situation. The sale fell through. In 2017, we tried again. We interviewed Bob, relaying our previous ordeal. We told him we wanted "no drama". He presented us with a unique solution. Only one open house. List the home a few days before that open house. Allow no showings until the open house. The result - multiple buyers & multiple offers during that open house. The offer we ultimately accepted came in over the listing price. Slam, bam, thank you ma'am! He handled the sale thoughtfully, guiding us when times got tough or confusing. We developed a nice relationship after the closing, keeping in touch. He helped us with our subsequent rental, & negotiated a good monthly rental price for us. In the photo, Bob joined us for dinner at our new apartment in Chicago, & we learned something fun about him - he sings Sinatra! Bob is a quiet, unassuming guy! But he sings professionally! Crazy! We highly recommend Bob. He's a good, thorough, honest, intelligent, patient realtor. And he gets the job done! Over listing price! What more could you ask?

    My wife and I have retained Bob for the purchase and sale of two properties now. In my personal opinion of real estate agents and/or brokers, their value is hard to assign a dollar amount. There are some agents who simply send you the listings on MLS and will go with you to the properties, provide basic insight and get the standard form contracts together when you are ready to move on a property. Is this worth 4-6% of a commission, no. There are others who use their experience on the market to properly assess on the value of a home objectively and ensure that the home is meeting your own subjective standards by asking the right questions. In addition, whether buying or selling, these agents can properly negotiate a price down (for purchasing based on their experience) or ensure the price you are selling at will actually move the place (for selling). Is this worth a 4-6% commission, absolutely. Bob has been in the industry for a long time. His insight into the proper value of a home and his behind the scenes work with the opposing agent/broker cannot go understated. Even if you live in a property in a hot zone, (i.e. sells within one day of putting it on the market), having an agent there to make sure the bids you get are (1) of proper value and (2) assessing the potential buyers to see who would make it across the finish line at closing is of extreme importance. I would highly recommend Bob for the sale or purchase of your property. A persons home is generally their most valuable asset so it makes no sense to short-change yourself on trying to find a discount with an agent or doing it yourself. Get it right the first time with the right agent.
