Our first experience with Dirk was as a buyer where he represented the seller. We were very impressed with him in that transaction and decided to use him when we sold our condo unit. I am a real estate attorney so I have worked with many brokers over the years. I think Dirk is one of the best brokers I have worked with. He is very thoughtful and data driven. I also like that he doesnt tell you what you want to hear but instead is honest and gives you his opinion. Dirk is a outstanding real estate agent. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the market place and especially with his knowledge of our neighborhood. We relied on his expertise to come up with the appropriate listing price and then Dirk applied his superior negotiation skills which resulted in a quick sale at above asking price.
