Update: first time home buyer success. It was so easy with Israel and his team. I hear so many horror stories from people buying their first house but it didnt feel painful at all. One thing I appreciate about Israel is how he isnt pushy to make a decision but really is about finding the right property for you. I have a legal 2 flat so not only is it my first home but it will be my first investment property!! Amazing help in finding my first apartment in Chicago. He is so great and really takes the time to work with you. Buying my home is in my near-ish future and I always reach out when I have questions or interest in properties I see which Izzy is always quick to help with.

Wish I could give Israel more stars! From the first day he went above and beyond to make sure I always was made a priority. Home after home we saw and never made me feel discouraged. We finally found my home and the process was so smooth. Everyone worked together and in less then 30 days I was cleared to close. Israel is one of the BESTTTT realtors Ive ever met, Most realtors that Ive talked too dont put a lot of effort. when Israel was helping me & my husband search for our home, he didnt just search & send us buildings, he taught us a lot about what to look out for & how things should be etc , he was very informative & such a positive person. And the most amazing thing is, he was looking for our home like if he was searching for his own. That meant alot to my husband & I because it showed he really wanted to help us find the perfect home. If youre looking for a home , building etc. Israel is the guy for that job!
