We had the please of working with Ainhoa Garcia and her team to purchase a home for our growing family. After learning that we were expecting our first child, we knew our current living situation was not suitable or large enough to welcome a new member and therefore we began our home buying journey. I came in and I loved talking with Ainhoa and nancy they were very kind and friendly to talk to. I came in and left with so much knowledge they made it clear that theyre totally fine helping me learn about the market and just answer any of my questions. There isn't enough time in the day to express how happy my husband and I are that we chose to work with Ainhoa and her team to find and purchase our first home. We knew we were in good hands from the minute we first connected with them, and they asked us to fill out a fun questionnaire to get to know us on a personal level and help us find the perfect home. The breadth of knowledge that Ainhoa has about the Chicagoland area and what to look for in a home from top to bottom is astounding and reassuring. At times, we realized Ainhoa and her team knew more of what we were looking for than we thought we did. When we worried we were being too picky, Ainhoa was reassuring and patient, reminding us of the importance of a decision like this and constantly telling us that we would know when we found the perfect home. And she was right! During negotiations, we never had any doubts that Ainhoa and Nancy had our backs. They fought for us and even suggested asking for things we hadn't. They connected us with an amazing lawyer and wonderful inspector. They truly made the entire process so enjoyable. We cannot imagine working with anyone else. On the occasion we would go to an open house by ourselves, we saw how other realtors were and thanked our lucky stars we had Ainhoa and Nancy, and we were able to look for the pros and cons in a home thanks to their educating us. Ainhoa and her team taught us SO much about house hunting and how to look at homes from an entirely new angle.
