Daniel Walsh is a quality realtor. He takes the time to figure out exactly what you're looking for and helps narrow down your criteria to find your perfect home. We had the luxury of finding my home rather quickly, but not before I threw a few curveballs at Dan. We searched and visited many different types of homes before ultimately finding what I was looking for and he was with me every step of the way. He rolled with the punches and stayed committed to helping me with the entire process. He was readily available to answer any and all questions I had over the phone, through email and texts. He handily negotiated with the seller to help get me the best deal possible. Dan was even nice enough to offer to drive me to my closing downtown to lower the stress of the day.
