Mike was absolutely incredible to work with. I cannot recommend him enough. I've already recommended him to friends who saw how much better my sale/purchase was going than their previous ones. Sell side: He made getting my house much easier to get ready to list and took a lot of coordination and stress off of my plate to get updates & work done. He was very communicative on how the showings and open houses were going, and helped me navigate the multiple above-asking offers that I received. Buy side: he coordinated the buy side so it lined up perfectly with my sale. When there was a delay at my closing preventing me from meeting the movers at the new house , he dashed over to the house and was able to let the movers in as soon as the paperwork was done. He also was able to get someone to come clean a few rooms last minute based on what we saw during final walk-through. By the time I made it to the house, the movers were starting on the second truck and the cleaner was already there and working. He saved me a lot of stress and aggravation just in those last couple hours.

Mike Gaffney and his team were all wonderful! We primarily worked with Mike but met JD and Lex briefly as well and they were also great. Mike made himself available to us to see things as often as we needed, checked in frequently, and provided a ton of advice and assistance, as we were first time home buyers. Mike is really knowledgeable and we were confident that he would help us find our dream home- and he did! He made the process seamless and easier than we expected.
