Jon helped us to find the perfect apartment! We had a lot of expectations as far as what we were hoping to find in our new home and he encouraged us not to settle, even if it meant more searching and work on his part. Throughout the process, Jon was extremely communicative and quickly worked with each building we considered to set up showings, gather information, etc. He also helped us to break down the concessions that buildings are currently offering which would have been a challenge to navigate otherwise. Jon really went above and beyond to ensure we were confident and comfortable with our choice. We cant say enough about One Real Estate! The whole process was seamless which is not easy to say when apartment hunting during a pandemic. Though we primarily worked with Jon, Paulina was also present during the process and was there to share her honest thoughts regarding the units we were considering which was much appreciated. Jon and Paulina are truly a dream team!

Both Jon and Paulina went above and beyond in selling my property and purchasing a new property. COVID-19 created some new challenges and obstacles that were handled both efficiently and professionally by this company. Jon and Paulina continuously kept an open line of communication. Ive now worked with Jon Zolecki & One Real Estate Chicago LLC 2 times. The second because I had such a fantastic experience & chose to work with someone whos attentive (reaches out before a lease ends to touch base on decisions / thoughts for next steps - he remembered I was considering buying). To add to Jons customer service - aside from picking up clients / potential clients to attend showings, he goes above & beyond to listen to what you want, your budget & whats available to make your dream home a reality. My first experience I had a two-week timeline to find a place in Chicago & Jon not only had an idea I didnt know about, but it became my first home in Chicago for two years. My second experience I asked him if we could look at places for fun knowing I was moving at the end of my lease & 2 showings total, I signed at the second & could not be happier. Jons follow-through, knowledge of the market & overall demeanor make him a star among many. I couldnt recommend him higher & have sent multiple friends to him whove also signed with his help.
