This is absolutely the worst building I have ever lived in. It's infested with bed bugs, and mice,management is poor they don't care about any of their tenants just your money. Loud neighbors, disrespectful, hallway always smell like weed or cigarettes it's absolutely disgusting. They constantly break the security doors to enter building putting everyone at risk. I just can't wait to find something like yesterday to get the hell outta here. I absolutely HATE IT HERE.

This complex is the worstes place I ever moved into the door to all the buildings is busted and when you call in to report something the management attitudes are so disrespectful, this place is mice infested barely get heat it's like sleeping outside and when you call in work orders for your unit nothing ever gets fixed and don't call management all they say is we well get someone out to fix the problems. The neighbors are so disrespectful I wouldn't recommend moving in here. This is the worstes place I've moved in my whole life. Never Again,

944 W Montrose has a MICE INFESTATION. The building is crawling with mice. Property managers do not care in the least. You text, call, email and they take a week to respond or just ignore you. They got an "exterminator" who was in the unit for 30 seconds, threw a block of poison behind the oven, then left. That did literally nothing - I've seen mice every day since then. Do not live here or anywhere they have anything to do with.
