I have been using Aysha for the past 5 years and I honestly couldn't imagine apartment hunting without her. She is one of the greatest people I have ever met & from start to finish, she makes the entire process so unbelievably easy and stress-free. She takes the time to understand exactly what I am looking for in a property and goes above and beyond to find options that aligned perfectly with my preferences. I will say I am sad to finally be in the market to buy a home because I won't see her as much as when I was renting a new place every single year. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family in Chicago and everyone loves her as much as I do.

Shawneice Floyd and Lis did a fantastic job of helping me secure my newest property in West Loop. They answered any question I had, guided me through the application process, and overall, did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to move into my new apartment. I met Shawneice through a property Facebook add and was skeptical at first. However, she was at our showing on time, and gave me an amazing first-hand experience. 10/10!

Aysha was amazing to work with. I worked with her 3 times over the past few years, first to rent my first two apartments in Chicago when I first moved to the city, and then to purchase our new home more recently. Aysha is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, she made the process easy for us, and was there to guide us every step of the way. This was our first home purchase and Aysha made sure to explain the whole process, she was very patient with us as we worked through my long list of requirements, and once we found our dream home she was involved in every step to answer our questions and make sure our purchase would go smooth and we could close on time. I cannot recommend Aysha enough!
