Dean is an amazing agent! He took the time to explain all the details of the tour day, what is expected, what to bring, etc. He is very detail oriented which made my search stress-free. He found a great deal for me! When I picked my unit, he would be sure to check in with me frequently. He also would contact the leasing office directly for my convenience. I have referred Dean to 2 of my relatives already! 10/10 agent and am so happy with my choice!

After having Dean help me find my apt, in West Loop, I cannot recommend him highly enough. In the past, Ive reached out to other leasing agents and ended up reverting back to looking into apts myself because of it being more work/stress with the other agents. But from day 1 of working with Dean, he was able to find quality apts at my price range and with my must-haves & he helped set up all the tours. Also, I cant emphasize enough how nice it is to have a leasing agent that isnt pressuring you to choose an apt and truly helps you find the right apt, even if it takes a little extra searching. If I ever leave my current apt I will def be reaching out to Dean - highly recommend!

Muv agents are the first time i felt like my agents cared about me more than the transaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with them as a seller and renter. Abe made the entire process of selling my place extremely easy with his thoroughness on everything from staging to coordinating showings. He literally rolled up his sleeves to help with tasks that fell outside his responsibilities multiple times. Based on my experience with Abe, it only made sense to use his team to find a place to rent. Lety was able to find a unit that met my criteria and had a lease signed within 4 days! 5 star experience from a 5 star crew!
