This is the second time I've used Hayley and her team and is the second time I had a great experience. She, as well as her team, took a great amount of time to explain paths forward, discuss pros/cons of each and then make sure we were comfortable with our decision. During the sale of our condo her team was always communicative and willing to assist with any questions we had. I would only ever use her and her team.

Hayley made the process of purchasing our first home a breeze! She ushered us through a super quick buying process (fewer than 5 weeks between showing + close) and didn't miss a single detail along the way. She is easy to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very well-connected in the Chicago market. And best of all, she's simply a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier that we chose Hayley, so much so that when it was time to purchase our second home, she was our only choice. Were 2/2 with her and cant imagine ever switching agents. As a first-time home buyer, choosing to work with Hayley was hands down the best decision we made, aside from the house itself. We had met with three other real estate agents before meeting Hayley, however, the agents prior were not nearly as determined, diligent, or dedicated to finding us a home like Hayley. Throughout our long search, about 10 months, Hayley was patient and understanding. From start to finish, she was responsive to every question or request that we had with a well-informed response. In addition, Hayley is extremely experienced in space and well-connected. It was her knowledge about the marketplace and her connections that helped us find a pocket listing, and negotiate a strong offer while avoiding a bidding war scenario. Upon the acceptance of our offer, Hayley and her team worked with us every step of the way to navigate the elaborate process of closing. All in all, Hayley Westhoff is an honest and patient real estate agent who is truly on top of her game.
