I hired the German Llanos and his team to sell my home in Burbank, IL. I worked with him and with Teresa Guzman from his team. Both were just sensational! They gave me the advice I needed to stage my home. They gave me the price I wanted, Top Dollar like they said. The communication with them was great for showings and other tasks even though the whole transaction was really rough. I had gotten a solar panel lease on the premises that was not popular with buyers. They were able to work it out with the company and the buyers. Really grateful to these guys. If you need to do anything with your properties, I strongly suggest you hire them. Really hard working pair! I am working with them now to buy my new home and I couldn't be more pleased. I have hired German Llanos and his team several times by now to help me buy and sell different properties. I bought a residence and several buildings and I like the way that he and Teresa Guzman work. They are always on top of things! My experience with them has been great so far. I am currently buying 3 more investment properties. If you are planning to sell or buy real estate in Chicago or in the Suburbs my suggestion is to give them a call.!!!

German Llanos helped us to buy this home while selling my wife's condo. German did a great job showing us the homes and negotiating effectively. We were targeting a specific area because of the schools for our son and we were able to secure a good property with good terms in Elmhurst, IL the places where we really wanted to be. I strongly recommend German and Teresa if you are looking to sell or buy in Chicago and the suburbs. The service was great!
