I cannot praise Kiara Poole enough for her help throughout the homebuying process. I have heard a lot of horror stories around home buying process and Kiara made this so seamless and stress free that I would recommend her to any and everybody that is thinking of buying or selling their home. As a first-time homeowner, I of course had a lot of questions and concerns around the process, but not once did I ever get the impression that Kiara was annoyed or tired of answering me. She took the time to explain everything in great detail and literally held my hand through the entire process from recommending additional lenders for comparison, inspectors, lawyers, etc. Kiaras awesome customer service not only was prevalent during the purchasing process but extended through closing to today with referrals of contractors, cleaning services, or anything a new homeowner might need after a purchase. To this day I am confident that if I need assistance with anything she would not hesitate to help in any way, shape, or form. I will be using Kiara for all my real estate needs for as long as she is willing to help which I am confident is indefinite!
