Irpino Construction is a contractor dream come true. They gutted and redid our condo bathroom in the fall of 2023. The timeline from calling their office to get some basic info until the project was completed was FIVE WEEKS - and the end result is absolutely gorgeous in every way. the Irpino team showed up every day five minutes early (literally, 7:55 am on the dot every day), worked quietly and efficiently without disturbing our work from home routine, and left the project area cleaner than when they arrived every day. They disposed of all materials and trash several times a day so your personal space never felt invaded or violated. And if youre in a city high rise and worry about the unique logistical items associated with that, dont be - The Irpino team navigated the communication with our building manager, loading in via freight elevator, and all disposal logistics with ease. Did I mention how gorgeous the final product was? We loved Irpino so much we had them back to paint our entire condo while we were on vacation - they let themselves in every day and did a fantastic job. Everything looked great when we got home. The owner, Dominic, is a small business owner that truly cares about his business and his customers - and it shows in every single thing his team does on the project down to the tiny details. These guys are truly a dream come true - if you need any type of in-home work done, I simply cant recommend Irpino enough. Theyll become your contractors for life.

I moved here from Florida and needed to find an apartment asap. Michelle Garcia was wonderful in helping me and the PLUS was that she was so kind, honest and attentive to my needs/what I was looking for.
