They keep raising my rent and charge a lot for a late fees even if it's not our fault... and to be able to speak to an actual person is impossible. and submitting a tickets can never go through.

I've been trying to contact someone for 2 weeks. I scheduled a showing and no one showed up. I literally adjusted my work schedule for nothing. I was supposed to meet with someone named Julian. I stood outside in the heat for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. Then I went to the "office" which doesn't exist. Their name is on the glass but no one is there. It's giving scam.

Cindy Lopez provided excellent assistance in resolving a problem with my payment portal options. Working with her IT team they were able to restore my ability to make rental payments, and she was very understanding from start to finish, waiving all fees fees.
