Thanks for reaching out about this, Alex! Avail allows tenants to pay rent either through a linked bank account (ACH), or through a credit or debit card. ACH transfers are subject to a flat fee of $2.50 per transaction (this fee is waived if your landlord is on a paid subscription with Avail). All card transactions will incur a 3.5% processing fee which cannot be waived regardless of subscription plan. As such, we strongly encourage tenants to connect a bank account to avoid unwanted fees when paying rent. There are no recurring fees required to use the Avail platform as a tenant.
