I am so glad I found Scott Nyman and used his services. And since he is a local Chicago based attorney that was a plus. Originally, I used the services of Scherrer Patent Law, which are also good and I cannot say anything bad for them, but after many tries to obtain a trademark for my brand, it was ultimately Nyman IP LLC that completed the work. I contacted them for a trademark since I spend years and many logo changes trying to receive a trademark on my brand but it only took Scott few months and I received it. He submitted a letter to the USPTO, which was in deep detail listing all reasons why I should obtain it, he mentioned things I didn't even think of. As the end, the USPTO office gave up and allowed my trademark for approval. I decided to use him for further relative trademark work and he continue to deliver. Their user interface is modern, I receive notifications for any update on my work and can see them right the way. I am rehiring him again and will refer everyone I know for his services. Scott and Ted and his team are outstanding. We came to them with a complaint regarding a company that had been using our company name. We had been using this name in business (though it had not been trademarked) for several years prior to this imposter company. They were aggressive, thorough, and well prepared and and continue to follow the process through to ensure this company re-brands. Ultimately we won this case protecting our intellectual property and this was money very well spent.
