If ZERO stars were an option it would be one I would select. This company confuses the hell out of my husband and I. Our original mortgage was sold to them, we had no choice with landing with this company. From the very beginning they double dipped into our bank account each time our mortgage was due. First time we figured it was a mistake, but it has happened four times now! We have spoken with them and they tell us after several days it will be fixed but it keeps happening!
If you are considering picking this company run in the other direction. Unless you like getting double charged! This place is a nightmare.
