      image they failed to properly increase my mortgage at the beginning of last year leading to a shortage that's their fault... they are refusing to pay for their mistake... they know they had my property tax and insurance information for last year...instead they are telling me that I owe them $2200...I pay them to provide this service... and they won't even let me close my escrow account and handle the property taxes and insurance myself... I do not trust this company after they failed to properly service my loan
