I would strongly advise against using Chad Lubben at Cross Country Mortgage out of Cornelius, NC. We are first time homebuyers with not much knowledge of how the lending process works. This team was robbing us blind and giving us lip service the entire time we worked with them. Luckily, we felt like something was off so we shopped around and found significantly better rates elsewhere. When we questioned Chad about better rates, it led to extremely unprofessional behavior from Chad with him ultimately hanging up on my husband. If you plan on moving forward with this company, do your research beforehand.
