I highly reccommend Kevin and his team. It was my first house purchase/mortgage and he helped the entire process. He discussed all the fine details and financials so I could understand, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible. Communication with kevin and his team is seamless, and they are very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would definitely use them again if I need it in the future.

Kevin was outstanding and incredibly easy to work with. He is transparent, communicative, and knowledgeable. He was able to help get us the best rate and was able to effectively explain the entire loan process in an easy to understand fashion, while providing straight forward guidance to ensure the loan approval process was as smooth as possible. Kevin was absolutely instrumental in helping me navigate the lending process for my first condo purchase in Chicago.
