We met Terrence by chance and we are so glad we did! We met him at an open house and no pre-approval, nothing, but had found the home we wanted to buy. Terrence acted with the utmost speed to secure us our loan at THE BEST rate. Not only did he get us the absolute lowest possible home mortgage interest rate, but his responsiveness on phone and email was top notch. I would hear back from him within hours, he would check in before weekends before the closing to give us status updates and answer any questions. He collaborated so well with our realtor, closing lawyer, and title company. He was honest, kind, polite, professional, explained things, he was just outstanding.
