        Do NOT do business with this company . I've always made my payments ahead of time and one day I got my mail sent back saying this company did NOT pay their p.o box .so united wholesale mortgage tried telling me I had to pay late payments due to them not paying their .o box on time. I'm trying to find a way go cancel with them and deal with another mortgage company.

        Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. This is the most efficient and customer focused mortgage company I have worked with.

        I would never use this company to finance your home. They said we were underpaying escrow, so they increased payment. Then we discover they put us down for the wrong county. We have been working with them a year to fix. This time they finally agreed/assured it was correct my latest statement still shows wrong amount. Please let this headache go away!
