Old national bank is honoring his name Old by charging customer (victims) a service fee when they keep certain balance in checking account even though you have direct deposit, who does that these days? just them. Take your money and run away before they do that with white gloves.

I deposited $1,000 cash on a Thursday. The money never showed up in my account. The bank put it in someone elses account. I called 4 times on Friday and talked to their customer care and the branch manager - everyone assured me the money would be in my account by end of business Friday. Well guess what, the money wasnt in my account Friday or even Saturday. No one has answers and I need the money for my mortgage. Idk what Im going to do. The bank has gotten too big in my opinion and I keep on getting the run around. Where is my money?!?

I am very sad First Midwest moved out of the River Grove location. I havent been to the other locations but as a senior citizen it really makes my life more difficult. I liked banking locally. Now I am not sure I will stay.

Weve been banking with First Midwest Bank for a very long time over 10+ years. Everything was great until recently. Theres a banker who is very rude and sometimes acts like they dont know us or refuses to assist us. Pretends to not see us. Theres no issues with anyone else but this is terrible customer service. Shes a young lady named Jennifer. I hope that whoever is in charge of this branch acknowledges what kind of employees they are hiring. Will be planning on closing accounts soon.
