Cannot say enough good things about this company! This was my first time buying a house and Josh Papazis walked me step by step through the entire process. This company is extremely knowledgeable (especially with VA loans), and the staff is always available to answer questions and walk you through any event. Josh even found us a connection to the listing agent in order to expedite a tour and sale. Many road bumps came up in our process and the Origin Point team handled them swiftly, confidently, and calmly. I highly recommend Josh and Origin Point to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the San Diego area!

Chris Weld and the whole team we worked with (Victoria & Kylie) were AMAZING. Chris was extremely responsive, and from our first contact I knew I was going to be well taken care of. He treated me respectfully, made sure I knew what was going on at each step, updated me and worked SO hard to get my mortgage done quickly and with as little headache as possible. I truly cannot recommend him enough for anyone going through the mortgage process. Other than our insanely talented Realtor, it's hard to think of another individual in a business that truly earned my trust, confidence and went out of their way to make sure the job was done, and done right while being incredibly communicative and professional along the way. I recently closed my personal loan with Joshua Papazis in the San Diego County. I was referred to him through another real estate agent. After comparing what I was offered with multiple lenders his rate was substantially lower and at no cost. Having many homes and mortgages over my lifetime, Joshua was simply the best I have worked with. My loan was very complex, but he was extremely knowledgeable and got it done. By providing constant communication through the entire loan process, I was given confidence and peace of mind that the deal was going to get done. I will be using him again in the future and cannot highly recommend enough.

I recently worked with Scott Swartz at Origin Point and It was beyond my expectations! I work with Lenders daily due to my line of work and Scott is hands down the best of the best! He is thorough, honest, is in constant contact, very knowledgeable and made what would be a difficult transition a breeze. The rates and customer service my client and I expected were exceptional.
