I just recently funded a loan with Redstone and it was a tough file due to the buyer's situation. The account executive Nilo worked hard and was able to help me make it happen. He was always responsive and is very knowledgeable. He is an excellent AE. Redstone can handle your tough files. Make sure to work with Nilo, he will be there to structure the loan with you so that the loan gets funded.

Worst possible lender. Led us through underwriting for months and a week after notary signing, couldn't fund the loan. Transaction fell through. Throughout the whole process, terrible communication and mistakes in every doc they sent out. Run away.

Please do not use this mortgage company. I closed with them on a REFI 7.15.22. Today its 7.22.22 an entire week and I still have not received my funds! Im an investor and I have never ever had such a horrible experience. 0 communication or updates. I have had to chase them down all week to find out where my funds are and her it is 7 days and nothing! Today I lost an investment deal because of all the continued delays and false promises of funding. They intentional lied to me for seven days! I escalated to the manager Matt the manager promised I would be funded today and nothing! Horrible unethical and unprofessional. I cannot believe that are even allowed to operate like this. For your own piece in mind stay away!!! I wish I had an option to give them a negative 5 stars!!!!!

I just recently funded a file with Redstone, and the process was very smooth, transparent and straight forward. Amazing, we were able to get our Non-QM loan funded within 30 days which is usually un heard off. This loan couldnt of been possible of course without the help of my great AE Nilo, that made sure our file was always taken care of and always followed up on the file when we came across hurdles. Definitely will be using again and recommend for anyone looking for a fast Non-QM lender reach out to them and ask for Nilo!

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. NEVER work with them. I lost the home I wanted along with my "Earnest Money" deposit of Several Thousand Dollars. =( Horrible experience. I can't believe I got bamboozled so badly by this FRAUD of a Mortgage Company... which charged me for a 2nd Appraisal, (unheard of!) ordered Closing Docs from the Management company as "closing" conditions charged me $500+ for that as well... Only to find out there were MORE conditions by their AWFUL underwriters which made me go past the purchase contract and Seller pulled out after being dragged along by this HORRIBLE lender. My Mortgage Broker that went with this lender was also disgusted at what happen here to me & apologized sincerely on their behalf. I've heard NOTHING from Redstone. Heartless company. I have a 808 Mid-FICO Credit Score, I was putting a MINIMUM of 20% down-payment... I have excellent income as well... This DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. SO upset. I hope this company goes out of business. They'll do the world a favor.
