Don't use the ATM machine for deposits it keeps going out and it keeps your money does not get added to your account you have to make a claim and wait days to get your money back. First time deposited they kept a lot last time it was just 7 dollars this bank is new and the ATM keeps going out I have seen it a lot of times not working something is fishy about this atm they need to replace this new ATM because it seems like its old. Really Brighton bank needs to get it together fix or change your dumb slow machine only here this happens

The staff are so friendly ,very clean and always able to answer my questions so happy with the service I get so glad to have a great bank in the neighborhood and pet friendly so happy for that was afraid to leave my small dog outside thank u to all the staff

I just open A checking account and savings account and it was super easy great staff, made the experience really pleasant, I highly recommend opening an account with this bank, the people there are super nice and answered all my questions, I’m glad I opened the accounts with them.
