        I closed down my safe deposit box with myra yet I got mail from wintrust that it is still open and that I would be charged for having the safe deposit open… terrible service and no organization! Never bank with this branch.

She also took the time to teach me the benefits of other checking accounts and how to utilize online banking. All of the staff here are friendly & know what they're doing. 😊
