I have had consistently excellent service from Asa Luke and his colleagues at the Lincoln Square/Ravenswood location . I’ve actually found a bank that offers expert, personalized service who remembers your name.

I decided to switch banks last year and give my local banks a chance. Wintrust was offering decent interest rates on savings accounts, so I thought I would give them a chance. Every interaction I've had with the tellers has been awful. They are poorly trained and don't know how to give out the correct balance information. When you question them and ask for clarification, they tell you, that you are wrong. I had to get a banker to assist. This branch, by far, has been the worst with the most terrible teller, Jessica V.
